  • Shipping & Delivery

    All items are shipped to a UK address free of charge. Items to a value up to £100 are sent out Royal Mail Recorded Delivery, and items over £100 are sent Royal Mail Special Delivery. All items will be shipped within 1 working day, Special Delivery is a next day service and Recorded delivery is a 1-3 day service. Items will need to be signed for, and a tracking number will be supplied on your confirmation email. If you need a specific delivery day or Saturday delivery, please contact us and we will be able to accomodate you.

  • Privacy & Security

    We take your privacy and security very seriously. Our payment services are all extremely secure, no card details are seen by us when placing an order online.

  • Returns & Replacements

    We happily offer a full 30 day exchange option for all items purchased in store. Refunds are not available for in store purchases. Items purchased online come with a full 7 day return & refund option under EU distance selling regulations, we want you to be happy with your purchase. After the 7 day period has expired we will still offer an exchange up to 30 days from delivery.

    • Earrings are excluded from our exchange policy for hygiene reasons. the 7 day return and refund option still applies for items purchased online.
  • Ordering

    Ordering could not be easier! Simply pick your items, add to cart and checkout. We use PayPal for our checkout - you can pay for your purchase either with your paypal account or a credit/debit card. You do not need a paypal account. When we dispatch your order we will email you a confirmation and tracking number.

  • Payment, Pricing & Promotions

    Our prices are kept as keen as we possibly can. Occasionally we will run special offers and promotions in store, online and on our ebay shop. Sign up for our newsletter on the right hand side and you'll be the first to hear about them!

  • Viewing Orders

    To view an order, either login to your account and view your history, or click the Track My Order link on the bottom right of the page.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update your account information, login to your account and update your address and email details. We do not store any card information on our side and will NEVER disclose any of your information to a 3rd party for any purpose.
